Kvasyliv Vocational Lyceum

Material and technical support of the lyceum

The educational institution is located in the complex, including the educational building – 4651.5 sq.m., the hostel for students – 3124.3 sq.m., the area of industrial workshops – 1693.5 sq.m., the sports complex – 264.9 sq.m.

The material and technical base includes 27 classrooms, 6 laboratories, 5 workshops, 1 assembly hall for 220 seats, a conference hall for 50 seats, a sports hall, a gym, a cafeteria.

There are 112 employees in the institution (of them, 70 are teaching staff).

Studying and training

The Lyceum trains qualified workers on the basis of basic (9 grades – students aged 15-17) and full general secondary education (11 grades – students aged 17-18) in the following professions:

Cook; confectioner
Cook; pastry cook
Electricgas welder; body straightener
Сar mechanic; driver of category B and C motor vehicles.

The educational institution is designed for 598 students.

On the basis of the Kvasyliv Vocational Lyceum, there are:

Educational and practical center ” Сar mechanic for the repair of wheeled vehicles”.
Educational and practical center “Electricgas welder of manual welding. Electricgas welder on automatic and semi-automatic welding machines. Welder”.

Training and practice centers provide services for internship and qualification improvement, training and retraining of qualified workers.

Qualification center for assignment and/or confirmation of relevant professional qualifications.

The center provides services to foreigners and stateless persons who legally reside and/or are on the territory of Ukraine, refugees and persons in need of additional or temporary protection.

Highly qualified masters of industrial training who have undergone training in certified companies BOSCH and FRONIUS work in these centers.

International cooperation

2005-2009 participation in an international project supported by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).

Result: Purchase of equipment and office equipment to improve the training of workers in the profession of “electrical gas welder” and training of pedagogical workers by Canadian specialists.

2019 – Ukrainian-Estonian project “Exchange of experience of Estonia to support reforms of vocational education in Ukraine in the field of welding technologies”.

Result: developed materials for the implementation of modular-competent educational programs and the organization of lifelong learning.

2016-2017 – participation in the EU international technical assistance project in the Rivne and Volyn regions. “Improving the personnel training system for the needs of the economy of the Volyn subregion”

Result: the material and technical base of the educational and practical center for the profession “Wheeled vehicle repair mechanic” was modernized – modern certified equipment was purchased for the “Automotive maintenance” laboratory

2019-2023 participation in the program “EU4Skills: the best skills for modern Ukraine”

Result: 60 teaching staff were trained in the field of information technology in order to create a platform for a center of professional excellence

2021 Participation in the Polish-Ukrainian youth exchange.

Result: a week-long visit of a delegation of teachers and students of the educational institution to the city of Konin (Republic of Poland)

From 2021 to now Participation in the program in the field of professional training of Ukraine with the support of the EU, in particular the German Development Bank.

Result: approval of the Kvasiliv Vocational Lyceum as a platform for the creation of the Center of Excellence.
